Unless the Company expressly agrees a fixed delivery date in writing, all delivery dates quoted or agreed are estimates only and shall not be binding on the Company. Time of delivery shall not be of the essence.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order.
Should there be any stock/availability issues with your order, we will reach out via email or telephone within 3-4 business days from order confirmation, with the options available to you.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery of goods shall be ex the Company’s works.
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. At the moment, shipping costs are determined based on the weight of your order. However, if your order total is €250 or more, shipping is free of charge!
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please bear this in mind should there be a delay with your order.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, this will also contain your tracking number(s). You can visit Fastway couriers for parcel tracking.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Leo Forde Water Services or Waterstore.ie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
The carrier (delivery company) will be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, once notice is provided to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt of parcel. If you received your order damaged, please contact Fastway.ie within 24hrs of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We don’t typically ship our products outside the Republic of Ireland. However, this is not a problem for us to do! Contact us for more information about sending our products outside Ireland.
